4 Shipping And Fulfillment Policies

• Vendors are expected to dispatch confirmed orders within the agreed timeframe as per SLA.
• Delays, cancellations, or stock-outs must be updated promptly via the Vendor App.

SARWA reserves the right to penalize repeated order cancellations, stock mismatches, or delays.
